We have established two advanced Quality Control Centres in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, spanning 1,000 square meters, and equipped with over 60 sets of inspection equipment and over 50 professional engineers. Aside from being an ERAI member, our Quality Control Centres are also internationally recognised, meeting IDEA, ISO 17025 and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Our management system covers all inspection processes, from warehousing to electrical testing, ensuring compliance with international standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Part of our quality assurance efforts is also managing our own suppliers\u2019 sources as it is crucial to have a well-structured Supplier Management System (SMS) in place. Briocean has built a professional and systematic SMS to evaluate the reliability of our suppliers, to carry out comprehensive, scientific, and dynamic regular assessment on the suppliers\u2019 delivery, quality, and stability.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.briocean.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1697081130480012.png\" alt=\"SMS.PNG\" style=\"width:558px;height:auto\" title=\"1697081130480012.png\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Supplier Management System (SMS) includes internal approval of supplier (supplier identification), certification management process, category classification, rating administration, periodic grading review and dynamic management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this section, to provide the latest market intelligence on high-risk or counterfeit parts, Briocean QA Centre has consolidated a report comprising of the intercepted parts from the Tier 1 and Tier 2 inspections. This report covers the month of September 2023 and subsequent reports will be published monthly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tier 1 Inspection Intercepted Parts List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tier 1 inspection refers to the first verification process of checking the labels and packaging by comparing the shipment labels with the original label in the Briocean label database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>This inspection process is effective and can intercept up to 90% of counterfeit parts.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.briocean.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1697081143629816.png\" alt=\"Tier 1 Inspection.png\" title=\"1697081143629816.png\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Tier 1 Interception Part List<br><em>Note: The table above is not the full version of the report<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tier 2 Inspection Intercepted Parts List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tier 2 inspection refers to visual and marking inspection using the LEICA microscope with a magnification of up to 160x.
