Aside from being an ERAI member, our Quality Control Centres are also internationally recognised, meeting IDEA,&nbsp;ISO&nbsp;17025 and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Our stringent quality assurance process boasts a 100\uff05 interception rate to ensure no counterfeits get mixed into our clients&#8217; supply chain. This report covers the month of October 2023 and subsequent reports will be published monthly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tier 1&nbsp;Inspection&nbsp;Intercepted Parts List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tier 1 inspection refers to the first verification process of checking the labels and packaging by comparing the shipment labels with the original label in the Briocean label database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>This inspection process is effective and can intercept up to 90% of counterfeit parts.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.briocean.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1699341877825705.png\" alt=\"Tier 1 Inspection.png\" style=\"width:480px;height:auto\" title=\"1699341877825705.png\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Tier 1 Interception Part List<br><em>Note: The table above is not the full version of the report<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tier 2&nbsp;Inspection&nbsp;Intercepted Parts List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tier 2 inspection refers to visual and&nbsp;marking&nbsp;inspection using the&nbsp;LEICA&nbsp;microscope with a magnification of up to 160x.
