Briocean operates two Quality Assurance (QA) Centres in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, each spanning 2,000sqm. Equipped with over 100 advanced testing tools and a team of qualified engineers, Briocean follows a 3-tier international QA process, with a 4th tier of outsourced testing through strategic partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our QA Centres are ISO 14001, ISO 9001:2015, AS9120B, and AS6081 certified, meeting IDEA and ISO 17025 standards. Committed to a zero-tolerance policy on counterfeits, we ensure a 100% interception rate to protect our clients’ supply chains. This report highlights high-risk and counterfeit parts intercepted by Briocean\u2019s inspection engineers in January 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tier-1 inspection involves verifying labels and packaging by comparing shipment details with the original records in Briocean\u2019s QC database. This process boasts a 90% interception rate for identifying high-risk and counterfeit parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tier-2 Inspection Intercepted Part List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tier-2 inspection utilizes a LEICA microscope (up to 160x magnification) to examine both the interior and exterior of components. It checks dimensions, markings, and any signs of scratches, polishing, breakage, or BGA oxidation. This process achieves a 100% interception rate for counterfeit parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
