We have established two advanced&nbsp;Quality Control&nbsp;Centres in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, spanning 1,000 square meters. The centres have over 100 state-of-the-art professional testing equipment and a group of professional qualified inspection engineers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our&nbsp;quality control&nbsp;process also aligns with&nbsp;ISO&nbsp;9001:2015 standards and we have recently attained the ESD S20.20 certification. Our&nbsp;management system&nbsp;covers all inspection processes, from warehousing to electrical testing, ensuring compliance with international standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Being at the forefront of\u00a0quality control, Briocean implements a strict policy against counterfeit chips. Our rigorous quality control procedures achieve a 100% interception rate, guaranteeing that no counterfeit products infiltrate our clients&#8217; supply chain. We provide monthly high-risk or counterfeit parts reports to our valued customers revealing the parts that we have intercepted. You may download a copy of the latest report over here:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.briocean.com\/downloads\/monthly-high-risk-report\/\">https:\/\/www.briocean.com\/en\/downloadables\/<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A sample of the monthly report on high-risk or counterfeit parts intercepted by our QC team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To provide the latest market intelligence on high-risk or counterfeit parts, Briocean QC Centre has consolidated a report comprising of the intercepted parts from the Tier 1 and Tier 2 inspections. This report covers the month of June 2024 and subsequent reports will be published monthly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tier 1 Inspection Intercepted Parts List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tier 1 inspection refers to the first verification process of checking the labels and packaging by comparing the shipment labels with the original label in the Briocean label database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>90% of counterfeit parts can be intercepted with this inspection process.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tier 1 Interception Part List<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Note: The table above is not the full version of the report<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tier 2 Inspection Intercepted Parts List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tier 2 inspection refers to visual and marking inspection using the LEICA microscope with a magnification of up to 160x. This helps to inspect the interior and exterior sides of the component on its dimensions, scratches, polishing, breakage, or oxidation on the BGA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Visual and&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><em><strong>marking<\/strong><\/em><em><strong>&nbsp;inspections are the most effective methods of intercepting counterfeit parts, with a 100% interception rate.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tier 2 Interception Part List<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Note: The table above is not the full version of the report<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The full June report of Briocean QC Centre, including the origin, date code, and images of the parts, cannot be made public due to data classification.
